Return Policy

We want every checklist pack to feel useful from the very first morning. If a pack is not the right fit for the way you live, you can return it within fourteen days for a quiet, no-questions refund.

1. What can be returned

Every digital pack listed on the Checklists page is eligible for a refund within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Custom orders prepared specifically for your team are non-refundable once delivered, but we will work with you to adjust them where reasonable.

2. How to ask for a refund

Send a short message through the Contacts page and include the email address you used to place the order. You do not need to explain your reason in detail — a single sentence is enough. We process refund requests within five Calgary business days.

3. How the refund is paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency. Most banks show the funds within five to ten working days. If a third-party payment processor charged a fee that they cannot reverse, we will absorb it on your behalf.

4. Removing the files

When a refund is processed, we ask you kindly to delete the downloaded files from your devices. The licence to use the pack ends when the refund is paid.

5. Replacements and updates

If you receive a corrupted file, or an update is published within ninety days of your purchase, we will send you the corrected or updated version free of charge. Please write to us so we can attach the new file.

6. Cancelling a custom order

For custom orders, you may cancel free of charge at any time before the project starts. Once design work has begun, we charge a fair share of the time already spent — we will always agree the figure with you in writing before charging anything.

7. Your statutory rights

This return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Canadian law. Nothing on this page limits or replaces those rights.

8. Need help?

If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, write to us anyway. We try to be flexible, and we would rather make things right than win a small argument.
