Terms of Use

These terms set out the simple, fair rules that apply when you visit the Vivtorexwhral website or buy one of our digital checklist packs. By using the site, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Vivtorexwhral, a small studio registered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the studio. “You” refers to the visitor or buyer using the site.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the site, share links to our pages and use the checklists you have purchased for personal or household use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell or redistribute our checklist files without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or load-test the site.
  • Attempt to access areas of the site that are not intended to be public.
  • Submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, threatening or fraudulent.

3. Intellectual property

All text, layout, illustrations, icons (where used under the relevant icon library’s licence) and downloadable files remain the property of the studio or its licensors. When you purchase a pack, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself, your household or the small team you described at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices on the Checklists page are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We confirm orders manually after you reach out, and we send a clear written confirmation before any payment is requested. Payment processing is handled by a regulated third-party provider; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery of digital products

Once your payment is received, we send a private download link to the email address you provided. The link remains active for thirty days. If you have trouble downloading the files, please contact us and we will send a fresh link at no additional cost.

6. Refunds and returns

We offer a fourteen-day refund window on every pack. The full process is described on the Returns page.

7. The nature of our content

Our checklists contain general well-being prompts written in plain, friendly language. They are not a substitute for individualised guidance from a qualified professional. If you have a personal concern, please consult a suitable expert in your local area.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but occasional maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. We will not be liable for any losses caused by short interruptions that are reasonably outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or its content is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with the date of the last update. If a change is significant, we will mention it on the home page for at least thirty days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Alberta.

12. Contact

If anything in these terms is unclear, please reach out via the Contacts page — we are always happy to walk through them with you.
